Board MEETING
The next board meeting will be held
on January 30, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the building's party
room on the Mezzanine level. Meetings are open to all owners and
everyone is encouraged to attend.

of Directors who were voted in to office at the Annual Meeting

Building Updates
Our Assistant Property Manager, Jennifer Parkman, has been promoted to
Property Manager at @properties, managing a portfolio of four buildings. We wish her the best of luck in
her new position! Christine Stec is temporarily filling this position. The front desk may be reached by calling 312.939.8500 x16,
or by email at 899fd@atproperties.com.
We are in the final phases of choosing new carpeting and paint colors
for the 25 residential hallways. All of the units' outside door surfaces
will also be painted and the wood thresholds in front of the doors
will be refinished. This project could start as early as next month.
Management has received some calls concerning intercom problems.
Remember, the intercom is only connected to the phone jack in the
kitchen.
Also, we have recently discovered the DSL internet service causes
certain conflicts with the intercom that at this time cannot be resolved.
When the intercom system was originally installed computers were
not available to the
home user, and the internet had not even been thought of.
The kitchen and bathroom exhaust
cleaning will be scheduled soon. An order form for new grills will
be distributed shortly. Management will need these forms returned
promptly in order to schedule
the project.

Computer Recycling Facility is open regularly throughout
the year for the disposal of common household items. The
facility is located at 1150 N. North Branch Street, which
is two blocks east of the Kennedy Expressway at Division
